Our two year old had a speech delay and was “assigned” to Ms. Rebecca through early intervention. I was so nervous at first because this was our second therapist. Before Ms. Rebecca, speech meant chasing an overwhelmed toddler around with a computer. After our first session with Ms. Rebecca, I cried. Not only was our toddler actively engaged, but Ms. Rebecca took the time to actually get to know our toddler and even sang to her! Throughout our time together, she has made wonderful suggestions and encouraged our daughter and us. She keeps our sessions fun by suggesting activities that our daughter is interested in. As a result, our daughter went from screaming to communicate her wants and needs, to using full sentences within months! We owe it all to Ms. Rebecca. She is kind and brilliant and makes speech therapy so much fun. She has made a huge difference in our daughter’s life and our lives. I would not hesitate to use Ms. Rebecca again for future services!

Ms. Lehman was such a gracious and hard worker for our family. She had helped 2 of my children on the spectrum.  My son is now 9 years old and she was there to help him learn to talk when he was a 1 year old.  She would help him with pictographs so he could communicate with us. There were also times when he started trying to speak where she would show us/him new ways to use his words.  She would read to him and also encourage him to use his words.  My daughter is now 3 and she would practice doing puzzles with her while she would cite the colors.  Ms.Lehman also encouraged her to try to sing along to songs like the Wheels on the Bus or the famous Baby Shark song.  We could never repay the dedication, love, empathy and kindness she has shown our family. She is truly a rare gem and our kids are communicating better because of her. Thank you for your time and patience.
